THOMAS F. CUOMO, M.D., F.A.A.O.S.

Dr. Cuomo is a medical school graduate from the University of Bologna, Italy prior to his residency at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, NJ. He completed his orthopaedic surgical residency and was also a Chief Administrative Resident at the University of Medicine and Dentistry – New Jersey Medical School.

Dr. Cuomo has been the Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at The Hospital Center at Orange since 1996. He is extremely experienced in sports medicine, total joint replacement, spinal care, as well as, fracture and general orthopaedic care. He is board certified in orthopaedic surgery and has been elected a fellow American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Cuomo was the team physician for Seton Hall University and Upsala College. He is currently the team physician for Seton Hall Prep., as well as, orthopaedic and sports medicine consultant to other academic institutions. He is an assistant clinical professor at the University of Medicine and Dentistry and is actively involved in orthopaedic resident education.
